Who here has great teeth and never put effort into them? |
|
ME! All I do is brush, no floss, not moutwash..... I haven't been to the dentist in about four years. No problems at all, a couple cavities and the odd toothache, but they're all straight and white.!

1. I've never had a cavity. |
|
I don't floss. I do use mouthwash, and brush once a day. I also chew a lot of sugarless gum. Duckie

6. I have lots of fillings, one cap, one bridge |
|
Other than that they're in great shape. I guess I got them from my mom. Dad lost all his teeth fairly early on, but Mom is 78 an has almost all her original set. She doesn't drink milk either, but loves to chew on bones.

Never needed braces. My bite is perfect and my teeth straight as an arrow. I didn't have my first cavity till my early twenties. And I've never flossed on a regular basis, but do use Listerine regularly. I'm 32 and have only two small fillings, both top molars. That's it. I haven't rescheduled my dentists appointment, so when I do, that is bound to change.

sister. She does the regular brush and floss thing but nothing else. NEVER a cavity or anything in her life and I am telling you that she has a smile like a movie star. Perfect brilliantly white absolutely makes me jealous and green with envy!

9. I do, although I can't take any credit for it. |
|
I would chalk it up to my parents being very conscientious about dental hygiene and regular trips to the dentist when I was young.
Although, I really should start paying more attention to them. I have a heart murmur and have to take antibiotics if I go to the dentist because for some reason, dental work can provoke an infection in the heart's atrium.
I think this has scared me from going to the dentist unless absolutely necessary.
