I don't think so. Was that actually done live? I hope the station gets its license yanked, although I doubt that will happen. At the very least the guy who made the phone call should be fired.

2. This sounds faked (badly) to me

The sterotypical "power radio" delivery of the host, the reaction of the woman on the phone--it all just sounds scripted and phony. People just do not talk this way in real life. And as a put-on, it's sadly just not all that funny.
