1. Takes me 2 minutes to get home if the light is on my side
if not, well, maybe 3 minutes.

Life is good.

3. I moved out of Seattle because
I lived in Ballard and worked in Bellevue. It took at least 1.5 hours to get to work and another to get back home. That's nuts. Three hours in the car to work. Every day. No thanks. Not worth it. I feel for you.

4. thanks
Usually I would just take the commuter train for twenty minutes then five on the bus....beautiful seaside run on the train. But when I stay downtown for drinks I have to take the skytrain,...uggh then another long bus..takes forever...

Hi Neighbour, I'm up the Road in Vancouver BC!

bedtime for me though - goodnight!

5. Vancouver!!!!!!!!!!
Are you my long lost relative?

I moved far far away - way down south. I go into a store these days, and the first language is, truthfully, Spanish. I am a minority, but am treated with respect and have no problems here. I feel at home.

Some of my family is still in the area though - Everett - pissed off about the developments.

6. Similar story
Just moved away from Seattle area 2 months ago. Traffic congestion was definitely one of the things that drove me out. Now I live in a place where it's unknown. And it's such a relief not to be one of Jennifer Dunn's constituents!
