I almost jinxed the Cubs last night...

I dropped in on the television broadcast...you know just to see the score...and the Brewers _immediately_ had a two run home run. I quickly changed the channel, came back again later, and oh,oh I witnessed another Brewer's run!

So I abandoned the television, and took up earthquake surveillance for southeastern Wisconsin.

This morning the paper says Cubs win 8-4!!!!

Another game today and I can't take any chances peeking in on the game...The path to a Cubs' victory today involves me going to the Oriental and watching a "chick flik."

I hope we sweep the Yanks this weekend! My dream is to see a Cubs-Red Sox World Series.
