whine...I can't make the faces video work...

From the dnc/and front page of DU...all I get is sound - kind of jazzy music, starts with piano/keyboard goes to horns...any advice?

Using and clicked on Windows media player/dial up. I do have a slow connection (don't ask - though its running max today - 21.6!)

I promiss I am thinking of changing my user name to computermoran, thanks for help - I always say this is the BEST site for computer advice!

1. How old's your computer?

Windows media player used to play only sound files; they upgraded a couple of years ago and now it plays all manner of stuff. If you go to Windows Update (pull down the Tools menu on Internet Explorer, choose Windows Update), and run it, one of the updates you get should be for media player.

Of course, if you have a new computer or if your media player already looks like a computer jukebox, then I can't help you.:)
