Actually, I try to drink as much water as possible, but if I drink a soft drink, I'm not drinking anything with Nutrasweet. I just don't think it does a body good. First it breaks down to methanol (wood alcohol) and then it breaks down to formaldehyde.

I have been completely off of sugar for over a year now, and it feels great! I used to dump at least three spoonfulls of sugar in a cup of coffee umpteen times a day. I use splenda for my coffee now. If I am forced to use sugar I can't hardley stand it anymore.

7. I've been a diet pop drinker for about a year now.

But everyday around 3PM, I need a cookie or some chocolate.

The best part is, nobody in my house drinks my pop now.
