Forty and a piece per/cent today. I have balanced billing, but! "We have adjusted your installment amount so your payments better coincide with your energy use."

Previous $61.00 per month- New $ 86.00 per month. New York State Electric and Gas.

A sign of things to come. I am so excited about the natural gas I could spit.

everything keeps costing more and more..

I am in NY too, I can't believe it. I don't have the law in front of me, but I have been told there is now a surcharge on natural gas to PAY FOR cleanups of fuel oil spilled on public highways.

Say what?

Why am I, as a natural gas customer, paying for that, you might ask?

Because the Oil Heating assholes in this state get away with murder.
