It will either be a day of mourning or absolute glee. I am prepared for glee.

1. Will you be calling people to remind them to vote?
Edited on Sat Oct-02-04 12:01 AM by Eric J in MN
www.actforvictory.com will probably need people to do that.

-on edit: Oh, I thought you meant the day of the election when I posted.

I have volunteered to work on the days prior to election day....
at the local democratic headquarters. I live in SC so I expect to get some nasty responses.

Tell me what to do, I would rather be calling people in states that have a chance.

7. The question is, who is taking their vacation time the two weeks BEFORE
the debate. I don't have paid vacation, otherwise I would. I am volunteering every night after work and all weekends. I just got back from DEM HQ and will be back their tomorrow at 9AM.

9. Go Expat
I'm splitting time between the Kerry campaign and the Clooney campaign in Northern KY. However, it's at best 2-3 days a week total. I'll crank it up!

I met Nick Clooney years ago when he was on the news here in LA....very nice man. He and his sister Rosemary were both a lot of fun. Never got to meet George (sigh).

12. I'm unemployed, but...
I think Election Day should be a national holiday, so people won't have a reason not to vote.

15. I always take Election Day off to work as an election judge,
and then I also stay home from work the following day.
Election Days are more important to me than any holiday may be to another.
