we've run out of sanctions to impose. The neocons WANT war with Syria and Iran, they just need another term to unleash hell.

Yup, he said that. Actually, I didn't really think about the implication (I try not to think to much about watch the chimp says), but if sanctions/diplomacy isn't an option, what does that leave?
