2. Both a good soy sauce and good vinegar

are frequently tested by drinking them in exactly the same way that wine tasters taste fine wines. There is a tradition of taste testing Balsamic Vinegars in Italy that is very similar to the tasting of fine wines. After all vinegars are just wines that hav been sold WAY after their time.

Frank's Original Hot Sauce sipped straight from the bottle at cigarette intervals.

8. Could you please explain how hot sauce helped

you quit smoking? Is it because everytime you had a craving, you knew you would have to drink the hot sauce so you just decided to stop smoking rather than go through the agony of drinking hot sauce?

But it's irritating enough to simulate some of the feeling you get from smoking.
