Just got back from my little smart-car cruise
They are so neat, 22 litres of diesel gets you 600 kms! ANd it had enough power to do 110km/hour with two 25 year old guys in it.
I'm impressed.

There seems to be no parking in Rome, and it's insane driving there, but those little cars are perfect for it! :D

5. Sweet !
I had a VW Rabbit w/ a diesel motor a few years ago, Five dollars of fuel lasted at least a month ! I actually ran out of fuel TWICE !!! I was not in the habit of going to the gas station, or even looking at the fuel gauge ! It was a bit of a dog on the hills though, and could be rough to start in the real cold weather. I know they have made some improvements since then.

16. Holy Yehuda!
OK, fine, rich people are paranoid, I know that of course. But if you really are in an unsafe situation, isn't it better to have a non-sleeping guard than a presealed coffin? just askin'...

Welcome to DU! :hi:

21. Would a tall person fit in it?
Mr. Pcat is 6'3". He barely fits in my Hyundai Accent (bought because it was the most efficient thing on the road in 2001 that didn't have an 18 month waiting list...). I have wanted a SmartCar for years, but I won't buy something he won't be able to fit in.

Was it cramped?

Pcat
