I hate allergies....

I feel like shit today. Allergies are affecting my sinuses and my throat. They're worse than back home. I hate it when the seasons change. It always fucks me up.

1. yep. me too. all this hurricane rain has mold and mildew

going crazy. I wake up at 2am and have to sit in the bathroom with a hot steaming tub for an hour before I can sleep again. Headachy and tired all the time for the last week and more.

3. Please try unpasturized local honey (health food store). Make a

hot tea sweetened with honey, or lemon and honey in hot or cold water. Twice a day a couple of Tbsp of honey is miraculous.
