What were the best & worst years of your life?

You don't have to provide details if you don't want to.

My personal best & worst was actually the same year. 1996. Strange to find some of my most beautiful moments in the midst of my most nightmarish ones.

1. 11 yrs ago

my 1st marriage was to someone with a borderline personality, with suicidal tendencies. Spouse did everything possible to destroy my career, friendships, everything.

On the other hand, March 3, 1993 at 3:30, the divorce decree was entered. the happiest day of my life. Til I met current spouse.

Best : 1994 to 2001
Worst: 2001 to present.

4. Best year of my life was 1999

I was 19 and had applied to do a french language Bursury. I got in in Moncton, New Brunwsick. It changed my whole life, I met amazing people I formed a tight bond with and am still friends with, learned french, and had a steamy affair with a little french girl.
Greatest three months of my life... made me a whole new person.

Worst? Probably last year when I was unemployed for a few months feeling like a big loser.

5. Best was in college

College was wonderful for me in so many ways. The worst years of my life were when my mom married my evil step father when I was 11 until well into my junior year after I had recovered from my mother being mean to me after moving in with my dad which I did at the beginning of my junior year.

6. This has been the worst year of my life, bar none

My husband killed himself as we were separating and two of my cats died. However, things are already looking up as the year winds to a close.
