WONDERFUL MOVIE

Sure, it's being shown because John Kerry is running for president, but the movie covers John Kerry's years when he was part of the Veterans againt the Vietnam War. They show John O'Neill in there (SwiftIdiot) and you can see clearly what O'Neill wrote that lying tome about Kerry. Kerry pretty much kicked his butt during the Dick Cavett show where they both were seen. There was handsome, well-articulated John Kerry and then you had John O'Neill who basically came off like a Nixon weasel.

Must viewing!!!!

1. Just got home from it.
Cried nearly the whole movie. Damn. God bless those brave, courageous vets.

3. I teared up a lot, too.

It was very painful seeing what war does to people, and seeing the deeply haunted eyes of many of the vets. I was very moved by Kerry's speech to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and teared up during that, too.

2. Yes, yesterday.
It was a very good movie and hard to watch because we're doing it all over again in Iraq. We have the same kind of warmongering pricks in power. I thought it was funny seeing John O'Neill pissed when listening to Kerry articulate his stance on the war on 'The Dick Cavett Show'. I can't stand that little creep!

Anyway, Kerry helped this nation get off the wrong track then, and I think he can do it again. I was very impressed with how the young Kerry carried himself.

The down side: I kind of got nauseous because of the shaky cameras in some of the footage, but really enjoyed it in spite of that.
