Fun with Repubs at the Tulsa State Fair
Went to the Democratic Party's booth to pick up a Kerry-Edwards button and wore it around the fair the rest of the day. I went into one of the areas showing animals, and there was a big, honkin' long-horn bull that you could get on and get your picture taken. I figured why not. Before it was my turn, one of the women working there saw my button and said something like, "Kerry? You know this bull is going to be going to Washington D.C. once Bush is re-elected!" I replied, "Wait a minute... He would have to actually have been elected in the first place to be re-elected in November." She just turned and walked away. The kids helping with the bull saw my button and made some cracks about it as well, and I told them, "Don't feel bad that you're backing a moron. After Kerry wins, everything will be okay again."

I'm just a people person.

6. Science has shown

that the average Oklahoman is mentally retarded.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Frankly, I'd rather live in Mississippi.

7. They're only retarded when they drive on snow
I'm originally from Kansas - not much better politically, but we learn how to drive on snow. :) Just eventually wandered over to Tulsa.
