W. is "thinking": "Geez. What a picky little bastard. 'No WMD's,' he says. 'No credible ties to Saddam,' he says. Geez, now it's 'Mismanaged peace' and 'Drained treasury.' . . . maybe I'll just say, 'Some people are just hard to please! He's just like some picky little Frenchman who loves to flip-flop.' Yeah, that'll do it. . . . Got him just where I want him!"
