What one do you use? Maybe somebody can help you figure out how to use your program so you can have more fun with graphics in the future!

11. FYI... It's easy, just use Paintbrush which is bundled with Windows

Go to Start Menu, type "pbrush" ... When you're in Paintbrush, choose File->Open from the menu and find your pic. Then go to the File menu, choose "Stretch/Skew" and then in both the horizontal and vertical boxes, put the same percentage (like 50, or 50% to reduce it by half), so that it doesn't skew it.
