DU Webmasters - need your help with something

I'm looking for a web host that will let me use PHP and MySQL, and isn't too expensive. Oh, and good tech support for when I screw up (it is, after all, inevitable). What hosts do you use, and how well would you rate them?

Unix or Windows hosting - I use Unix

php and MySql available w/ no add charges

Nice GUI manager

Good tech support via email; all I've used so far.

3. YoHost

www.yohost.com. A small business, with excellent support and cheap hosting.

Linux or Windows hosting, PHP, MySQL, ASP.Net (if you're so inclined), SQL server, etc. Plus, the owner is an occassional DU poster, too.

Also, the owner was a Kucinich supporter in the primaries, which was a big reason why I chose them.
