Got a call from some Republican group |
|
They asked me a bunch of loaded (spun?) questions about whether or not I supported the * administration. I answered truthfully with a lot of anger in my voice. Is this something to be worried about or are the Republicans only trying to figure out where they stand? Maybe they're wondering why they lost me as a voter.

1. I've never had that happen to me |

If you were once registered republican, or still are, and are no longer supporting Bush I guess that would make sense that the local group might try and harass you.

2. I really wouldn't worry about it |

Did they know your name? They were probably calling numbers at random or you got on some list by accident. I not only had the RNC wake me up out of a sound sleep to solicit a donation to ``keep Bush* in office,'' but they followed it up with a letter!
If they hadn't woken me, I probably would have given them an earful, but I just wanted to get rid of them so I could go back to sleep. If you think about it, it was really great that they called you. We are always hearing about these polls that say Bush* has a more-than-fifty-percent approval rating! We always wonder why no one is taking our opinions into consideration. Well, now someone has!:-)
I wish they would call me!:grr:
