1. actually, I think the FCC can't really enforce a fine on an individual
they do it by fining the broadcasters.

So of course the FCC would fine the cheney out of all the broadcasters but leave Herr Crashcart alone, in the interest of national security or something.

Edwards gets Cheney so flustered that he actually tells him to F-ck off.

No matter how much spin is put on it, Cheney has to excuse himself from the VP. Of course, he would still control Pinocchio's strings . . .
