What should I do when the pizza guy is late...
It has been 1.25 hours with no call. The pizza place has a busy signal when I call too. Is it that bad to ask for the pizza free? Or is that just a kick in the nuts to the delivery guy... ahhhh, just very irritating.

1. Did they give you a delivery time?

It's taken over an hour to get our pizza before, but they usually told us beforehand that it was the expected wait, so that was okay. One and a half hours seems excessive for a week night, though. If you get through, I'd insist on at least a hefty discount, if not canceling the order outright.

Answer the door naked and tell the delivery person that your sorry but you don't have any money on you.
