I’m not sure J-Lo has ever been in a relationship long enough for it to become routine, never mind boring, but she boldly continues her theory. “You go through ups and downs and the movie is truthful in that sense.

“You have to be happy within yourself to be good in a love relationship for a long time.

“I like that aspect of the movie. You can have a great life but not be happy. You have to find something, have a passion, have a reason to get up every day. You have to be happy, I like the idea of that. It’s very romantic, having love for yourself.”

It sounds like J-Lo has finally found this sort of happiness. In June she married Marc, 35, in her garden in Beverly Hills and now says she is the happiest she has ever been.
