"Social" animals have an inherent division of labor which is so well-defined that different individuals are born with a specific body shape suited to their role within the community. for example, warrior ants are much bigger than their drone counterparts, male bees don't have stingers because they don't defend the hive, etc. Naked mole rats live in a societal structure that could best be called a "hive", like bees and ants; they also demonstrate body dimorphism in relation to social duties. They are the only mammalian social animal. All the others (to my knowledge) are insects.
