WMD new developments from Yahoo News:
Among the latest charges made by President Bush are that Saddam Hussein had been amassing stockpiles of loose-leaf paper and had sought to purchase Number 2 pencils in Niger. According to the president, “Saddam’s scientists were close to developing actual diagrams of weapons of mass destruction. With proper funding, these scientists could easily have hired a team of illustrators to color in these diagrams; thus producing realistic pictures of some of the most dangerous weapons known of in the world.”

The president also contends that prior to the start of the war in Iraq, Saddam’s nuclear-weapons scientists were just 30 months away from scheduling meetings to discuss parking space assignments.

To bolster troop levels in Iraq, President Bush is anticipated to announce details about his new military conscription program, the Initiative for Military Service Compulsory Recruitment and Enhancement for Wide-ranging Extended Duty. Prospective conscripts should expect to soon receive mailings regarding this new program, which otherwise goes by the acronym “I.M.S.C.R.E.W.E.D.”

Meanwhile in Basra, Iraq:

After Halliburton workers had completed repairs on a recently bomb-damaged section of oil pipeline, reporters at the scene were shocked to see the same workers plant explosives and blow up the newly repaired section once again. When asked to explain the disturbing turn of events, a spokesman for Halliburton had this to say, “When insurgents blew up our pipeline for the 1,036th time, we decided it would save a whole lot of time and bother if we just went and blew it ourselves every time. And besides, it makes a lot of sense from a business perspective. After all, if we’re getting paid to fix it every time, we might as well get paid to blow it up every time, too.”

4. You may have intended this to be funny...
But its truer that you know.

This is the entire extent of physical proof that the Bush Regime has for WMDs in Iraq:

They have found NOTHING else.
