Damned Energy Efficient Windows!
the BASTARDS!! x(

get home after a warm, BEAUTIFUL day. its getting cold at night but today was in the 70's, sun shining, etc...

so, walk into my home office and IT IS FREEZING!!

didn't open any windows cause well, this is New England and at night its getting cold, etc....

f*cking new windows kept ALL THE DAMED HEAT OUT!!

:grr:

so, i gots to STILL turn on the heat! never had to do this when they were old, leaky windows i tells ya!

2. I am singin' the same song, matcom.
Got new windows this summer, going through the same surprises. Heat on at night, off during the day - EXPECTING the house to warm up - but NOOO, those damn windows doing their job! How's a guy supposed to deal with that?!?

old leaky POS windows...it still takes all day for the house to heat up if they are closed...but it's drafty as hell all winter with or without the heat on. BRRRRRRRR! :scared:
I hear the South is going to have a REALLY cold winter this year too! :-(
