7. The very first question was skewed and wrong.

"Prisoners of War" are afforded rights, "enemy combatants" are not. I thought that was a trick question and was stumped.

There's no requirement that they demonstrate that their purpose is to protect themselves, or that they disclose what their purpose in fact is, to my knowledge.

Others more sensitive to nuances of USAmerican politics might spot similar push-poll kinda things in the questions, I suspect.
