Refrigerator/freezer question |
|
There are smart people here, certainly someone can help me out. I have a relatively new (1 year old) fridge with top freezer. Lately, the freezer has way too much humidity (but not always that's the weird part). Picture me opening it and not being able to see through the fog. The door seems to have a good seal and isn't being left open. I've tried adjusting the temperature and that doesn't seem to make much difference. Any ideas?

And you can dress up as Cheney for Halloween and REALLY scare them! |

I'd be terrified if DICK jumped out at me from a fog-filled doorway. :scared:

3. Have you ever turned it upside-down? |
|
Seriously. After I turned my AC upside down, it blew a lot of fog out before it cleared up.
Other than that, I'm:

6. The fog is usually caused by the level of humidity in the room. |
|
It's nothing to worry about as long as you are comfortable. The way to get rid of it is to run the air conditioner or buy a dehumidifier.

9. Could be it as we've just turned the AC off. |
|
Though it's been relatively dry. The fog then seems to lead to frost on the food and ruins it.
I think it's suffering from a case of "the warranty just ran out." lol
