Any Michael Moorcock fans? (The Last Elric Book is coming soon)

(No "more-cock" jokes please. I heard them all in school.)

If you hadn't heard, he's written his absolute last Eternal Champion book. It's not released, but after several decades of work, he's now completed his magnum opus, strangely enough at just the same time King does the same for his writing. Coincidentally enough, King's work deals with some similar ideas as Moorcock's.

5. I'm in the middle of trying to collect the re-printings of his EC work
that White Wolf put out a few years back. There's 15 omnibus books (with an average of 3-4 books in each collection). Even that collection left out a lot of Eternal Champion related work (the Mother London books for example).

Unfortunately, they're all out of print here in the US. Some are still in print in the UK, but not most of them.

Oh, and there's 1 book difference in each country's collections, so there's actually 16 omnibus collections.

That means he's written a series with (at least) 50 books in the uber-series!

2. What's the name of the book?
I loved the Elric series, but really didn't care for his other series. I liked Behold the Man too.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thought I'd just log the fact that I've finished the penultimate draft of The White Wolf's Son. That's the last Elric novel, the last EC novel and it even covers a moment in the war amongst the angels. Oh, it's the last Bastable novel, too. And the last Hawkmoon novel. And the last Von Bek novel. And -- this is ridiculous....

Tomorrow I redo the Epilog and then I should have something fairly close to a finished book.

And now to sit in the sun and sleep for a few days!

If you don't hear from me, it's because I've thrown my computer away.

Considering that he started writing when he was still in his teens, Moorcock has spent over 40 years on his Eternal Champions books!

3. Here!
I loved the Dancers at the End of Time Trilogy. I hope I got that right ... been a long time.

I would love to see that made into a movie. With the CGI these days, they could actually pull it off. It would be mindblowing.
