I wish a slow and painful demise to the inventor of spyware |

Who's with me?
My PC crashed out tonight and left me with a desktop full of useless icons. I used Spybot S&D 2 days ago, and now I'm running adaware. Since it's nearly impossible to track down these pricks, anyone know a good curse? :argh:

1. that's what did in my computer |

last weekend. I mean REALLY did it in... I had to go buy a new computer. The old one is hanging on by a thread, while I try to transfer data - but I'm afraid to even shut it off, for fear I won't get it back on again. x( :argh: :nuke: This is after two hours on the phone with tech support, trying every which way to get the damned thing running enough to run a virus/bot checker, and we never could make a go of it.
I'm going to transfer everything I can get away with, and then restore the hard drive. Then I'll have an extra computer, of course...
GOOD LUCK! :(

If you are fairly knowledgeable about processes running on the your Windows box, I highly recommend "HiJack This!" http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html
