Okay, follow the instructions carefully:
While you're sitting right now, lift up your right foot an inch or so off the ground, and "draw" clockwise air circles with it. Then, while your right foot is still circling, lift up your right hand, and draw a 6 with your finger as if you're in front of an imaginary blackboard.
You will notice that you can't help but rotate your foot COUNTER-CLOCKWISE.

But if you do the 6 from loop out, you can continue the clockwise momentum with your foot. So Draw the 6 from Loop out and you have it beat.

I did have difficulty at first but then I did it slowly a few times, and now it's easier. I'll bet this is a fun exercise for kids too.
