Three Die Laughing When Bush Nominated For Peace Prize

Three members of the Nobel Peace Prize awards committee died laughing when they opened a letter nominating United States pResident George W Bush for this year's Peace Prize. The letter, which was postmarked as coming from Washington DC, cited his work in "making the world safer" by removing "that bad guy Saddam".

Several other members of the committee had to be treated for uncontrollable hyperventilation and accidental urination.

The letter contained traces of a white powdery substance which Hazardous Material teams in Sweden later diagnosed as "simply being cocaine".

"It seems that the real danger of this letter wasn't the powder, but the power of the words," said the Prize Committee's still giggling spokesman, Jurgen Swensen. "The members of the committee have never before experienced anything so outrageous as this letter," added Swensen.
