when a dime bag cost $10.00...I remember when columbian was the best you could get...now these kids are smoking who knows what these days...

But I tell you what...they should legalize it...or at least de-criminalize it...when was the last time you saw somebody rip off a convience store just to buy a bag...?...look at our prisons...there are so many people in our prisons these days on mary jane convictions it's not even funny...and to be honest they don't really need to be there...it's a drain on tax payers...just de-criminalize it...if your busted with some...pay a fine and go about your business...

when I was a teenager...I used to burn one with my buddies on a friday night...I have since grown up...but I know alot about this subject...we would drive around in my car and we would cruise the town...burning one...I tell you something...I would rather ride in a car with someone who has been smoking weed then ride with someone who has been drinking beer or alchohol...

there's quite a difference between the two...

We could make it legal with a few laws to keep it from being mass commercialized and "sold at 7-11". The conservatives fear that and I think we have learned our lesson with cigarettes and alcohol when the corporates take over.

A few ideas.

Legal to:

Grow 3 plants per person.
Trade or barter only.
21 and over only.
Public use same as alcohol.
No driving and stash/pipes must be locked in trunk while transporting.
1 ounce transport only.

Only problem is that the current back market growers and DEA will never go for this as it would drive down the price to "weed" levels and the DEA/drug warriors/drug testing labs would lose a lot of "business".

Industrial HEMP should be completely legal right now!!!!
