1)My first instinct is to say Ratt since Stephen Pearcy's poofy, curly, over half the face with headband thing was horrid enough to drag down the rest of his band.

2)However, between Joe Elliott's Mullet and that other guys close cropped 'do, I would say Def Leppard

13. I have some inside info on ...

umm...Paul Taylor...? Iunno, the one really extra-absurdly large haired dude in Winger. He apparently woke up in the morning and just like...pulled his hair into that shape. No hair products whatsoever. I have a friend who roadied for like a bunch of those bands in the late 80s...I know far, far more about these bands than anyone should. x(
