Kerry on 'Cheers'

Does anybody remember John Kerry's appearance on Cheers back in 1993? He appeared in the opening outside of the bar where he got in a conversation with Norm and Cliff, who mistook him for various television personalities. I'm actually surprised we haven't seen the bit brought up in this election.

Of course, one must wonder... if Bush had appeared on Cheers, would he drink them out of business?

I love Cheers. I watch the reruns to the point that it alienates friends and family.
