I know I did. Kerry was really good. But Mr. B was so annoying, arrogant, smug, swaggering.

3. Not only yelling,
but SWEARING! What a potty-mouth I found installed on my face tonight - it was out of control! (note how this is not my responsibility).

What was MORE interesting was that Mr. Vote, who is usually quite laid back and much more quiet about these political matters than I am, fired off the f-bomb NUMEROUS times throughout the debate! He couldn't even watch any post-debate spin, he was so pissed off!

grabbing for the stick they were poking him with.

6. I did . With my window open . I am sure neighbors heard me .
By the end of the debate as Shrub was giving his closing remarks , I stuck my fingers in my ears , cursing the TV trying . Although I could have put the TV on mute , I think my remote control was smashed against the wall by that point .

Not me! I only heard a few minutes on the radio (I did tape it and will be watching it later). I thought Bush sounded like he wasn't doing well (though, from the 2 minutes I heard, it was still probably better than on thew first).

Bush just wouldn't answer the questions. It annoyed me. I yelled a lot. Now my throat hurts more than it did before from my cold. Especially when * almost bit off the mod's head.

15. We could run down the street ranting!
It's a past time of mine no one seems to understand. I rant at most anything, but when it comes to Bush*, he makes the STUPIDEST remarks and I go on and on to the point where I'm glad I have Tivo or I'd miss 90% of the debate :P

The "TV Brick," I got it at a garage sale.
Foam rubber block shaped and painted to look like a real brick.

12. that is pretty cool!
Lately I just turn the TV off and read. It is really awful most of the time anyway. Weird surgeries, crazy people on islands, wife-swapping..maybe it is time for the Apocalypse. ;)

14. Not me
bush* was playing to his base because he's desperate. He won't even try to reach out to the middle. He stuck to his no mistakes, everything's great, but be very, very, scared.

Kerry cleaned his clock. "Members are leaving the coalition"

19. I watched at a debate party so I tried to stay quiet.
Edited on Sat Oct-09-04 04:21 PM by Misunderestimator
During Bush's responses, I held my hands over my head in utter disbelief, and after Kerry's responses said "THANK you." Most of the others in the room were very polite, only let out their emotions during moments of quiet, but one woman at the party couldn't help herself despite all the Shhhs in the room and yelled over a lot of Bush's responses. It was annoying as hell. I won't be going to a party for the next one. I want the freedom to scream when I want and not listen to the same rants from someone telling the room what we all knew already, that Bush was lying and an idiot.

On edit... there were moments of near unison responses of the 12 of us in the room of "INTERNETS?" "3 Million WHAT?" "Need Wood?" "What about Poland?" (just before he mentioned it)... was eerily like watching the "Rocky Horror Picture Show" at times.
