What's wrong with my arms?

I just came back from a photoshoot (43 degrees out, out for 1hr)

I am finding it hard to type and my fingers are slightly numb; my arms feel tired too.

1. carpal tunnel syndrome?

I play guitar - a few years ago after every session my hands would go numb and fingers tingle.

Carpel Tunnel was diagnosed - I use exercise therapy mostly now, but am considering surgery.

Edit: I thought it was my arms, too, the first several months

2. At one time I had numbness in my arms and a pain that extended all the way

up to the shoulders.For quite some time the doctors were stumped by it.Later, about ten years later, a cardiologist discovered that I had what he called an infarct of the heart where the muscles had become diseased.I now feel fine after treatment for the heart condition with a bypass operation.
