On a lighter note: anyone have a good brunch idea??

My fiance is still sleeping after staying up last night to watch the spin for 3 hours - I'd like to wake her up to something wonderful for brunch and I am getting a blank. I want something rather healthy.

1. wake her up to georgia on my mind by ray charles,

roll a fattie...and get her some fresh fruit & oatmeal.

2. Try a delicious omelette with spinach, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese

and a nice strong cup of coffee to wake her up.

well actually i'm just saying that because I am still drooling at the idea of a nice strong cup of coffee.

3. Oh, and bring her a nice bagel with lox and cream cheese

with a few dill leaves scattered on top. Or perhaps you could have a bowl of cinnamon apple oatmeal.

5. Blackened Shrimp Omelette

with a dab of Picante Sauce and spinach leafs wrapped in a slightly warmed Tortilla. Served with Chicory Coffee and one small Beignet.

Pan-friend potatoes with herbs de Provence. Melon. Tea.
