Great WTC video
http://www.lieblein.com/wtc/

Putting politics aside for a moment, I came across a wonderful video about the WTC. This was of course taken long before the events of 9/11. It's moving and trust me a tear jerker.

I'm home sick today and I have viewing video on the web about 9/11, this was a wonderful escape from those horrible images and that wortheless sack of shit that has done nothing from getting the mother fuckers that did this. (sorry but I'm getting pissed again)

3. How about heartfelt sympathy
without the political grandstanding for once!

5. Excuse me!
But while I was watching various tape from 9/11, I was moved from tears to anger. My heart was both filled with sorrow and anger at the same time. Sorry, but I don't hold back when I a feel something be it pain, joy or anger and right now I'm feeling a lot of emotions. Sorry if that doesn't agree with you.

10. I don't really understand how you can separate the two,
Although I wouldn't call it "political grandstanding"--a choice little term that brings to mind the phrase "physician, heal thyself." True sympathy and what is truly heartfelt cannot be divorced from the truth.

4. it is indeed a lovely, touching video
intensely tender....but dare I disagree about the U.S. doing nothing. The Afghanistan campaign was "nothing?" Whatever....folks get flamed around here for questioning the older posters so I'll leave while I've still got my pride.

Thanks for video, though. Brought a serious lump to my throat.

6. That's cool!
I should have held back with the flame, but I heard a clip today with * saying back on 9/11 how he was going catch the people that did this. Sorry, but 2 years later and I think that nothing has been done to do just that.

But the video sturred emotions and memories for me that are very vivid. There is a shot that shows the area between the north and south tower where I laid down and looked up when I visited in 2000. I'll never forget the beauty of that place. I can close my eyes sometimes and just feel it. The warmth of the air at the top of tower #2. The sounds, the people. It was an incredible place and that video really captured it.

Sorry for the rants, but I'm in a mood with 9/11 coming up.

8. It is not shameless. I too am crying right now. I lost 10 close
friends, people I had worked with very, very closely in the aftermath of the attack.
I miss them all, and I have to listen to freepers tomorrow talk about patriotism and "never forget" and such.
I want to puke.

They are gone, but not forgotten, and intend to make sure that tomorrow everyone knows that SAUDI ARABIA did it, not Iraq.
