Today was a good day for democracy...IMHO

First, we had an away game at Cabrini College which is about a 45 minute drive from my college. On our trip, I must have seen 25 Kerry/Edwards bumper stickers or lawn signs, which is awesome because Cabrini College is in a swing state (Pennsylvania). Second, as we were driving through the main street of Wayne Pa. I saw not one, not two but three Kerry/Edwards stands on the street corners. A bunch of enthusiastic families standing on the street corners handing out stickers and pamphlets, I wish I could have stopped but alas I was on a bus. There was a Bush/Cheney stand but I didn't see as many people manning it. Finally, when I got home today, my absentee ballot was waiting for me. (wonder who I'm going to vote for) I'm like a kid on Christmas, I can finally vote in my first presidential election!

What a good day for democracy...
