does anybody know what H V FREQUENCY means?

1. Ummm...I think...
It means the horizontal sync frequency. I think.

2. horizontal vertical frequency?
Could be what your monitor displays when it has no signal or when the signal is outside its frequency range. Did you recently set your display adapter to a higher frequency or bit depth or resolution?
