South Beach Diet Question

I just started this a few days ago, and so far so good. My question is, is there a limit to the amount of lettuce (and other salad greens) you can eat in a day?

Those kinds of veggies are unlimited. Mainly need to stay away from grains, fruits, and certain sugary veggies, like carrots.

I got throught the first two weeks by eating a lot of salads. Just remember to use olive oil and lemon or lime juice on the salad.

I lost at least ten pounds in the first two weeks. It's phase two that's getting me. I ate pizza at my brother's while watching the debate.
