What are the best TV ads.... series, not individual ads? |
|
My vote:
1. Only in Vegas.
2. AFLAC
3. Royal Bank of Scotland ("Less talk, more action"... or something like that)

3. Yes, the Emerald Nuts ads are very funny. |

And, with all these ads, you know what the "product" is, which is not always true.

The first ads where you were drawn in to thinking you were actually seeing a valid ad i.e. homeowners buying a new house, bald man getting a hair growtihtreatment from a doctor, etc -- they were hilaious and CLASSIC and I will never forget Geico because of them. The newer ads suck i.e. dancing gheko etc.

5. I agree 100% on the GEICO ads. |
|
Almost all the ones that feature the gekko suck.
Some of the ones with the "baldness" doc are pretty funny.

My friend and I were just talking about this last night. We were recalling a day at work a few years ago where, everytime someone was badmouthing someone else, that person was walking right up behind their shoulder. It brought these commercials to mind...

I love those ads; that duck is great. I especially liked the one with Yogi Berra and the one when the duck joined the women in synchronized swimming.
