Slang term for "mentally challenged" children, as in they lick the windows of the short-bus as they go off to school.

...you're worried about hurting the feelings of someone who wants to drop nuclear weapons on innocent civilians as a "humane" gesture; someone who clearly feels comfortable about it because they're not "his kind."

Look, first step should always be to calmly present a counter-argument--just on the slight chance the Freep has a frontal lobe in spite of all evidence to the contrary.

But if the Freep DOES remove himself from the gene pool, that's no loss to anyone but him.
