What countries give us good sausage?
Germany: Bratwurst, Knackwurst, Weisswurst, Leberwurst, Blutwurst,
Mettwurst, Katenrauchwurst, Bruehwurst, Fleischwurst,
Suelzwurst, Thueringer Rostwurst, Kochwuerste, Bierwurst,
Schinkenwurst, Sulzwurst, Zungenwurst, Teewurst,
Bockwurst, Frankfurters (hot dogs) Plockwurst (Cervelat)
among 1500 German sausage recipes.

Spain/Latin America: Chorizo

Austia: Wiener Wuerstchen (hot dogs again)

Italy: Pepperoni, Salami, Zampone, Bologna

France: Andouilles, Toulouse, Boudin blanc, Boudin noir,
Saucisson a lAil

Slovakia: Vursty

China: Ap Yeung Cheung

Ireland: Drisheen

ANY OTHER COUNTRIES WITH THEIR OWN SAUSAGE TRADITIONS?

11. You gotta remove drisheen from your list
if it's "good" sausage. I like most blood sausage, but drisheen is pure crap. :puke:

On that note, add Landjager to the German sausages. :9
