Welcome to Crawford*
*-since 1999

President George W. Bush and his wonderful wife, Laura, purchased a ranch just outside Crawford in 1999. George and Laura have recognized the beauty of the area and what a great place we have here. Please come by and see us sometime. We will be adding several links to help you become better acquainted with where we are, the wonderful area we live in, and the best ways to get to here.

After a week of heavy campaign travel in closely-contested states, President Bush is spending a quiet Sunday in the seclusion of his Texas ranch doing some informal preparations for the third and final debate with Democratic opponent, Sen. John Kerry (news - web sites). (AP Photo/J. Scott Applewhite)

1. Ever see High Plains Drifter. They add to the town Sign, so it says
Welcome to Lago, Welcome to Hell. Would love to see someone add that to this sign.

4. We Were IN Crawford Last Month
We even went to "The Yellow Rose", which is a gift shop that has everything Bush. We went with a good friend of ours who is a Libertarian - he couldn't stop playing with the Bush doll that spouts Bushisms like "We need to make the pie higher."

The negative energy was so strong around there, I couldn't wait to get out of town...
