Polls Show Spiders Much Scarier Than Terrorists

LONDON -- Which are scarier -- spiders or terrorists?

A new survey indicates that most British people are more afraid of the spiders.

The survey was conducted for Universal Pictures U.K. A poll of 1,000 people between 16 and 55 years old found spiders topped the list of what's scary -- followed by terrorists, snakes, heights and death.

The survey coincides with the DVD release of the Hugh Jackman horror movie "Van Helsing," and just before Halloween.
