My sister asked me to find some articles for her concerning such things as boosh's drug problem, the probability he's wired (more ways than one, I guess!), and sundry other hot political issues.
So I've created a cd that autoloads an html index page that features Kerry's "Going Upriver" (since it's a QuickTime movie I also added installable PC and Mac QuickTime players). I also saved a good few web pages to my hard drive, and included them on the cd (clickable links to each article).
I'd love to make it generally available and would, except for the fact that all the articles are copyrighted by the authors. I've played with the html 'front end' concept before, and it works nicely for such things. I've done it with screensavers and I've even converted a book into the html format (with permission from the author-- my sister).
(The reason I did this project is because when I gave my sister the original cd with just a few articles on it, she gave it to her teacher, and quite a few students expressed interest in it. So I thought I'd expand the concept a bit, and include the movie which is now legally downloadable.)
I just thought I'd put up a screen shot-- perhaps others here would be interested in the concept. It's pretty easy to accomplish. The boosh "theme" is due to the articles, not the movie...
Enjoy!
