I was thinking of maybe making a website listing all the books we could part with. And we could request books and sign them after we read them and send them to the next person that wanted them. huh? might be stupid. might be fun? Would anyone be into this? Would anyone help write the code with me?

3. I was thinking we could rate users. |

5 stars get the books before 4 stars type of thing. And the USPS has a book rate that is really cheap.

We already do that at the county level here. Anyone who reads a political book that looks interesting brings it to our Democatraic county headquarters to go into circulation. I bought Worse Than Watergate and circulated it.
I bought the Kitty Kelley book, and Graham's book. My family wants to read them before I circulate them, though.
I have read the O'Neill and the Clarke book, and Hillary's autobiography from our headquarters' library.
I hope you can get something going here.

6. I would be interested in doing this as well. |

I have quite a few political books and have a reading list as long as my arm. I'd be willing to swap books.
