"People Enforcing Terrorist Antics" (oh boy- getting my armored suit on here).

I am ALL for animal rights, but PETA is too much- handing brochures to children telling them that their parents are horrible people for eating meat? Way too much.

7. I am a vegetarian and an animal rights advocate.
But PETA does get a little too far out at times.

6. to far for me
i love MEAT. they have the right to help animals and protest. but i would not be involved with them. i hope they realize how many products are rendered from animals.

8. PETA can kiss my carnivorous ass.
I lost all respect for them when they tried to publish that ad equating chicken slaugherhouses with Nazi concentration camps. I respect the basic idea behind the group, but I think their tactics hurt their cause more than anything else.

PETA sucks.

9. This is the monthly PETA hating thread.
And it's right on time.

Word is that PETA funds terrorists.

I respect the basic premise, I believe they can be juvenile at times, but I also believe they play a role in stretching the boundaries of debate. They have effected tremendous shifts in public perception of animals and their rights.
