If Jesus were a ball player, which position would he play?
I'm thinking a closer, because Jesus saves. But there's just so many possibilities.

11. Utility, clutch pinch hitter, go to guy just like Jim "Junior" Gilliam
Gilliam was the best all around player of the 50's early 60's for the LA dogers. He could play any position except pitcher and he was the game winner in the late innings -- either in rotation or as a pinch hitter. He was humble and trated everyone well. If the xtians portrayed the true Jesus, it would be a Gilliam-like image, and I'd get off my sorry ass and go to church every now and again.
